Importance of buying iPhone from an authorized reseller in kenya

Buying an iPhone from an authorized reseller in Kenya is important for a number of reasons. Firstly, authorized resellers are the only ones who can guarantee that the iPhone is genuine and not a counterfeit. This is important as counterfeit iPhones may not have the same quality and performance as genuine iPhones. Secondly, authorized resellers are the only ones who can provide official Apple warranties and support. This means that if something goes wrong with the iPhone, the customer can be sure that they will be able to get it fixed or replaced. Finally, authorized resellers are the only ones who can provide the latest software updates for the iPhone, ensuring that the device is always up to date with the latest features and security patches.

Apple’s Regulated Substances Specification describes Apple’s restrictions on the use of certain chemical substances in materials in Apple products, accessories, manufacturing processes, and packaging used for shipping products to Apple’s end‑customers. Restrictions are derived from international laws or directives, regulatory agencies, eco‑label requirements, environmental standards, and Apple policies. Every Apple product is free of PVC and phthalates except for AC power cords in India, Thailand (for two‑prong AC power cords), and South Korea, where we continue to seek government approval for our PVC and phthalates replacement. Apple products comply with the European Union Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments, including exemptions for the use of lead such as high-temperature solder. Apple is working to phase out the use of these exempted substances for new products where technically possible.

Everything you need to know about Apple iPhone 15 Pro Models new features: A17 Chipset, enhanced RAM, new Colors & more

Apple is working on its annual iPhone Series for the year 2023 and the iPhone 15 Series that is slated to launch in September is expected to have 4 models- iPhone 15iPhone 15 PlusiPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, early leaks suggest that the Pro models will have at least 9 features that will be unique to them as they will not be seen on vanilla and Plus models. Here is a roundup of these new features that are expected on the iPhone 15 Pro this year.

1. Apple A17 Bionic Chipset

The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will use Apple’s next-generation A17 chipset, which will be the first A-Series chip built on a 3nm process. The A15 and A16 chipsets used in iPhones earlier are built on a 5nm and 4nm process respectively and the shift to A17 will make the SoC smaller because of the increased transistor density. The new chipset is expected to give 10-15% better performance and reduce power consumption by up to 30%. These chipsets will be more expensive and thus will be unique to iPhone 15 Pro models this year.

2. More RAM

iPhone 15 Pro models will have an increased 8GB RAM this time. The standard models will continue to have 6GB RAM. Additional RAM will allow apps like Safari to keep more content active in the background, preventing the app from reloading content when reopened.

3. WiFi 6E & 5G

iPhone 15 Pro will come with WiFi 6E which offers more bandwidth, faster connectivity speeds, lower latency, and increased capacity in comparison to WiFi 6. It can support whole home gigabit coverage, multi-gigabit connectivity for venues, and bandwidth for higher data streams used for AR/VR experiences.

4. USB Type-C Port

This time all iPhone 15 Models are expected to feature a USB-C port instead of the regular lightning port. This is being done because of the regulatory requirements in Europe as Europe law requires all devices to have a Universal charging port. This gave Apple a choice between designing an iPhone for Europe only or making a worldwide change. USB-C will mean that the same charger and cable will work with iPhones, iPads, and Macs along with other devices. iPhone 15 Pro is expected to support higher speed data transfers than base models. It will support USB 3.2 or Thunderbolt 3 transfer speeds as opposed to iPhone 15 which will support 2.0 transfer speeds. Wired charging speeds might also see a boost.

5. Increased Optical Zoom

New periscope camera technology will be introduced in the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It will mark one of the few times that Apple has limited new technologies to the larger Pro model and used an inferior one for the standard Pro Model.

The lens will allow 6x zoom in comparison to the iPhone 14 Pro Max which offered 3x optical zoom.

6. Solid-state buttons

The iPhone 15 Pro models will not have the same physical buttons that were found on iPhone 14 Pro models. Apple has instead adopted solid-state buttons with haptic feedback. They will be used in the same way as physical buttons but there is no actual button press that occurs when you touch it. A haptic vibration is used to mimic a button press and gives you the sensation of pressing down even when there is no physical movement. This button tech improves protection against dust and water but it needs extra hardware inside. Apple is likely to add 2 additional haptic engines to the iPhone 15 pro models. Apple is expected to use solid-state buttons for both the volume rockers and the power button.

7. Titanium Frame

Instead of stainless steel, Apple is rumored to be using titanium for the frame of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max this time. Titanium is lighter, and stronger but is more expensive and harder to work with. An iPhone with a titanium frame will be lighter than its predecessors and the actual weight will depend on the alloy Apple uses, as devices can’t be made of pure titanium. Titanium is currently being used in Apple Watch and it comes in 2 colors-silver like natural titanium and a darker space black version. Titanium has a totally different finish than stainless steel and it has a matte texture that will not attract fingerprints. It is stronger than steel so it will make iPhone resistant to dents, dings, and bending but scratches will become more common as the oxide layer will make minor scratches stand out.

8. Ultra-thin curved bezels

iPhone 15 Pro is expected to have ultra-thin curved bezels around the display. The display would be flat and regular 6.1-inch for the Pro and 6.7-inch in size for the Pro Max model. The camera bump would be thicker to accommodate camera updates. OLED display based on a 28nm process is expected to allow for reduced power consumption and better viewing quality.

9. New Color Options

iPhone 15 is expected to arrive in brand-new colorways. Just like the purple color was introduced with iPhone 14 Pro models, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are speculated to arrive in a dark red/burgundy color option. The color hex code is #410D0D and it is described as dark sienna. The standard iPhone 15 Models might also arrive in new colors like dark pink, light blue, and more.

Standard color options like product red, black, and white might also be available.

Is iPhone 15 Ultra also coming?

Since 2023 began, there have been rumors that Apple might add one more top-end variant, that will be higher than the Pro Max model and named iPhone 15 Ultra. Bloomberg’s Gurman first claimed that Apple might bring iPhone 15 Ultra but later went back on his statement saying Apple is working on iPhone 16 Ultra, not iPhone 15 Ultra. For now, we will believe that Apple will bring the same 4 models of iPhones it launched last year.
